Warranty Information

We offer either a Limited Lifetime Warranty OR Limited 3-Year Warranty OR Limited 1-Year Warranty on select Rampage Products branded products to the original consumer. This warrants the product, if properly installed per provided instructions, to be free from material and workmanship defects and is not transferable from the original purchaser. For information regarding the Warranty eligibility of any specific part number, please refer to that product page listing on our website or contact Customer Service.

To claim your warranty, send us the following:

  • Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
  • Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
  • Rampage Product & Part Number
  • Description of the warranty issue
  • Copy of original receipt
  • Images of product

PLEASE NOTE:  Return requests will not be accepted for non-defective products once installation has taken place.  This will void any return process for Rampage products.  Any items shipped back to Rampage without return authorization from a Rampage representative may be refused upon receipt, and/or sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
